This is a blue dress with a crop top and an A-line skirt, This strapless dress features a heavily beaded sequined top and coordinating pleated skirt with beaded sequin waistband. This dress was never even worn, maybe 1 hour tops. Optional straps are included as well as xtra beads. Not altered or hemmed and in excellent condition.
