Alyce ice blue beaded embroidered short prom dress

This is a beautiful pale blue dress with tiers of tulle. Includes matching tulle wrap. I'm 5'1" and the hemline falls right above my knees. It has a sweetheart strapless neckline and an empire waistline with a subtle bow detail under the bust. There is padding in the bust, so no bra necessary. The top is embroidered with pastel beading and gemstones woven into floral appliqués. There is a loose thread on one of the back appliqués, but easily fixable with a stitch or two (see photo). Size 0.
