Alythea black and blue striped dress

Alythea black and blue striped dress with high waist and elbow length sleeves Form fitting top; flowy skirt, hits at knees Looks great with black tights in winter or without tights in spring. Not quite three quarter length sleeves but longer than typical short sleeve. I always liked that the sleeves provided more coverage with out being three quarter length or long sleeve.
