Amanda Blue Sleeveless Top - V-Neck with Ruffles - Size 2X (Fits like 1X)

This top is in great condition and very lightly used. Pretty blue color with ruffles around the neck line. Labeled as a 2X, but fits more like a 1X. When laying flat, it’s about 23.5” long from shoulder to hem and 22” from pit to pit.
