Amazing Craftsmanship Vintage Skirt.

This one of a kind vintage 70s handmade skirt is a testament to well made and crafted pieces done with skill and love. It has a back zipper and a side kick pleats..It looks to have never had a button at the top of the zipper. My best guess is that it is a polyester blend of some kind. In remarkable vintage condition.
