Amazing Dress / Tunic / Cape Hand Made NYC Designer NEW

How amazing is this piece? Bought this at a artists market in New York City. It’s hand made. Amazing colors. Flawless clean. It’s very easy to steam or iron. Light, comfortable fabric. (Cotton blend) great for traveling. Size is a Medium, ( mannequin is a US 4 / 5.8 f) However very flexible since it’s an open dress / cape. I did not style / drape it on the mannequin. It sits just like this. Does not have a closure. So you would wear it open with pants as a cape / tunic. Or add a belt to styling a dress. Fabric is not sheer. Has a pocket on each side. A creative garment! The belt is not included. Thank you!
