Amazing Party Dress

This unmarked dress is a small medium dress. This dress is very well made with strips of fabric and a nylon zipper. It is in shades of blues from navy to light blue, to a turquoise and an off white at the hem. Since there are no tags other than size, I cannot guarantee fabric, but I believe it might be spandex. For the size of this dress, it really has some weight. It weighs 1 1/2 lbs. I think this speaks to the quality.
