@londonsky7 Hi! The chest measurement is a bit tricky as the jacket cuts down to the chest area when buttoned. Size small for this jacket fits a 34 1/2” to a 35 1/2” chest. When measured flat, the below bust measurement is 32”. The fabric is also stretchy, so slightly smaller or larger chest sizes will fit due to the fabric elasticity. I hope this helps!
