Amazing Vintage 1980s Watters Formal 2-Piece Fran Drescher The Nanny Glam 80's M

This is an AMAZING 2 piece formal set from the 1980s made by Watters and Watters. They are known for making quality formal and wedding clothing. This set comes with a floor length maxi pencil skirt that has a very high slit in the back. It has a zipper closure and a fitted high waist. The jacket is the show stopper. It has cottage core style puffed sleeves dripping in lace and padded so that it has a lot of structure. The waist is fitted and flares out at the hips. The front of the jacket is shorter than the back. The back has a super cute bow at the waist! This piece is in excellent condition. There is no damage or wear to the piece. It is marked a VINTAGE size 10 so please go by the actual measurements of the piece. The Skirt: 50% Cotton 50% Acetate High waist measures 13.25 inches laid flat The hips measure 19 inches across laid flat It is 42 inches long The Jacket: 50% Cotton 50% Acetate Lining 100% Acetate It measures 19.5 inches under the arms when laid flat The waist measures a smidge over 15 inches when laid flat The piece is 24.5 inches long in front, but it is longer in the back This really reminds me of pieces that Fran Drescher wore in The Nanny.
