Amazing dress by funktional!

Navy velvet panels with matching micromesh and silver baby sequins! So fun for any party. The mesh is fine and not tacky. The velvet and mesh are both royal/navy blue which makes the difference in texture really pop. The sequins bring a festive hem. Small run in front of dress in mesh but barely noticeable when on.
