This dress by WD- NY Is ever so fun to wear. It has so many looks. Buttons in the back are also functional. I’m listening exact one in black next I loved it so much!! Even though you can’t tell, it’s stretchy cotton. The sleeves can be long or rolled up as pic shows. The bottom, also can be rolled of to accent dressy boots, fishnets or just 🦵.
