Amazing maximalist tiered skirt

This skirt is truly a special piece! It's got 3 tiers, gathered at different places to give it this super maximalist effect. The top and bottom layer are a beautiful blue/gray jacquard and the middle layer is a playful pink. It's maxi length on the left leg and about knee length on the right leg. It's sooo fun to dance in! Sits at the natural waist. It's a brand I've never heard of, might be vintage, probably 80's-90's.
