Amazing silk blouse channeling Keith haring

100% silk size 8 Carole little blouse from the '80s. it has shoulder pads which are attached with velcro inside the shirt. The sleeves are somewhere between 3/4 length and t-shirts length. The bottom Hem of the shirt is notched on the sides. this is in great vintage condition.
