Handmade vintage pleated chiffon or charmeuse pleated dress 😍 this is an undeniable beauty w/ it's perfect mix of colors & soft, feminine, floral pattern. It has a small waist & a nice flared skirt. Top will fit small or larger chested ladies as it has some extra room up top, there is almost a small puff of body and movement due to the rouching @ fitted waist which is lined with a precious lilac purple velvet ribbon 🎀 💐 This dress really is as perfect as vintage can be. ladylandmagi @msbeautybiz this dress was an unbelievable find for me. I hate to part with it but its time. It is in excellent condition, no stains, rips or damage. I'll get more pics if you'd like and can use my retro mannequin for that to give you best example of the fit and shape
