ttran17947 @vogue_27c, I’ve added photos of the jacket and included a measurement guide. it's designed with an oversized style, providing enough room to layer sweaters, etc., without being too oversized that you’re drowning in it. I'd say it's a true XS. And the sleeve length is not too long - just perfect I’d say. With oversized jackets, I sometimes have to order XXS because they can be too big on me, but this one fits well!
