This Italian velvet is very luxurious and of the highest quality. The colors and the design are too die for. I am a US size 6 and it fits perfectly. It is not 12 as the tag says. Might be a vintage way. The skirt is fully linen. Has a zipper on the size and a green button for complete closure. Nowadays if you find this quality will cost you thousands of dollars.
