American Apparel Blue Velvet Baby Tee

Size XS American apparel blue velvet stretchy crop top. The color is a really pretty deep royal blue, the pictures definitely don’t show it well. True XS. There is a little bit on the hem that is unraveled (see pics) but it doesn’t impact wearability and is an easy fix.
