American Apparel Le Sac Dress, convertible dress that can be worn many ways. Comes with two ties - white with black dots and solid black. The dress is teal in a super soft cotton jersey. Never worn, excellent condition. The b/w tie has some loose threads. The ties are SUPER long, so you could just cut them to the desired length. Would be a great swim suit coverup!
