American Apparel Plaid Pleated Mini Skirt!

Adorable and well-constructed pleated miniskirt, made in USA. Waist measures 14.5 inches across. No fabric tag, but I'd be surprised if this isn't 100% cotton or close - the material is very thick and sturdy, almost like canvas but not scratchy. Please let me know if you have any questions!
