American Apparel Ruffled Tiered Skirt

Very comfortable black skirt with a ruffled hem. Good for layering under a shirt or dress you want a little more poof or to wear by itself. Worn maybe once or twice, looks like new. Hits about 3/4 down thigh, definitely above the knee. One size, could fit XXS-M due to stretchy waistband.
