American Apparel polka dot chiffon mini skirt

Super cute AA chiffon mini skirt. Black with cream polka dots, double layered so it's not sheer. Size XS/S - I'm a 25 in jeans and it fits perfectly at my natural waist. Perfect condition, sturdy elastic is in great shape and no snags in the chiffon. Manufactured in downtown LA. Worn maybe twice.
