lgscloset @megeriance 21 3/4 in from lowest point of scoop on neckline to the bottom. I added a picture from the website where you can see it on their model.

lgscloset @megeriance I just realized that mine has a hi-lo sort of effect on the skirt (unlike the one from American Apparel website). Measuring from waist line, skirt falls 13.5 inches down the front and 16.5 inches down on the sides. So the shorter part is down the center line of the body and the sides go longer.
