American Eagle 3/4 sleeve boho blouse

Three-quarter length sleeve two-tier ruffle V-neck blouse. How can I closure at neckline so you can control how deep the V is! Pair this with jeans or Jean shorts and sandals to make it super casual. This would be awesome with a pair of bell bottoms!
