@sarahramsey530 hi there my apologies for delay! The length is 18 1/2 inches from chest down laying flat and 25 inches from the ribbon strap where it is currently tied.

@zmom1014 hi there my apologies in delay. My measurements for this laying flat and measured across are chest:20 inches, waist :17 inches and bottom hem is 26 inches. AEO states that their bust size for tops is 45.5 inches.
