American Eagle Embroidered Floral Dress Size Medium (M) NWT. Has two hook closures to adjust the top according to your preference/chest size and a tie to tie a ribbon (or leave loose). To give a size perspective, the neck is a tad wide and low (I’m a 34B, 140 lb. 5’8”) on me, but fit great. It is more of a mini dress on me, but may be more of a mini-midi if you are shorter. Selling because it isn’t my style anymore and never got around to wearing it.
