American Eagle Belted Floral Skirt

This black skirt from American Eagle features a pleated front with buttons and matching belt loops with a belt. The floral pattern is of periwinkle flowers and olive green leaves. It is a wide-weave cotton-linen blend that is very breathable. It is FULLY lined with another layer under the top floral layer and elastic in the back of the waist. It is a true size medium, but because it has a belt, a person that is a size small or xsmall could easily wear it. (Apologies for the partially wrinkly fabric in the pictures!) I would keep it if I hadn’t gained so much weight as a side effect of a medication I started! This is why I’m clearing out my closet! Please feel free to ask me any questions :) and have a great day!
