American Eagle Black Tie Front Sundress

The top of the dress has a woven pattern with buttons and a string to tie at the front, and the bottom has two layers and has a flowy frock type design. This dress is size 2 and fits like a small/medium. I got this dress a while ago and wish I could have worn it for summer but it was too loose (I'm a size 0) so it's never been worn.
