This is a white American Eagle Boho Top with lace accents. Made of cotton/viscose but feels 100% cotton. Light and breezy for the summer. Looks adorable with jeans, skirts, and shorts. Can be dressed up or dressed down. The balloon sleeves are 3/4 length. Front buttons are functional, as well as the bow tie. When I bought this I wore a size medium and while being a bit looser, it was still cute. I just pinned the shoulders to my bra to prevent the sleeves from falling down.
