American Eagle Brown Patterned Dress!!

This is an American Eagle brown dress with ornate patterning. There are two tassels on the front of the dress and the sleeves are cold shoulders. The slits on the sleeves form a little opening on the tops of the sleeves. The waist is ruched and it’s a size XS women’s.
