doh_girl @diegoaguirre127 Your issue is with the delivery of the package itself. Therefore, your claim should be against the post office if the package wasn’t property delivered. Since I’ve followed protocol and the package was shipped and delivered to your address per USPS tracking page, I am not the party that should be issuing the refund.
