smallstuff_22 @nmpiechocinski laying it flat button is 17”. It is stretchy material but then again fitted, not that real boxy type. It us a S/P. Now I have a couple others that maybe I could be willing to sell if you want me to look. I could measure for you But if your clothings are medium I would say we are not the same size. I wear xs-small tops..small chested now.

smallstuff_22 @nmpiechocinski So Ai tried three other smalls wearing right now a thermal and oversized hoodie and the Maurice, AE small fits with extra room. But I will you they measure the same across the armpit. I think Express, especially this one is more slender fitted even tho it has stretch material.Only other thin is to try one one in the store to see the difference. I’m sure there would be.
