@heyradke no they are not the stretch ones that AE has. The waist band is called comfort stretch waist band but that's it.

@heyradke yes so I wear these in a 4... in muscular build so the 2s fit but just a little uncomfortable. The waist band has some give, not like leggings do. The jeans are looser fit hence mom fit so they don't have any stretch or need it. It took me a few times wearing them with a tucked in shirt or crop to feel comfortable since I am used to skinny jeans only but I am loving the look and it's so comfy. As long as you accent your waist the looser fit still looks good.
