This is a new never worn dress from American Eagle. I’m very short 5ft and it was too long for me. I loved it. It ties at the shoulder and has a side zip. Fully lined. Material is like a gauze with lots of ruffles. Perfect for summer or spring! It’s covered in little pink flower print on the gauze!
