Off the shoulder peasant blouse from American Eagle in size medium. Navy with pinning flowers and a strip of navy lace at the bottom. Elastic top with ruffles holds the top in place around the shoulders and a tie at the front with tassels can adjust the top. The sleeves have a bit of a flounce and are flowy with navy lace trim.
