Looks like the front of the top is padded; with the sheer/see-through back, I'm assuming this could be worn without a bra?

@melissam75218 Thank you for your inquiry. The front bustline of this top is lined with the same gauze material you see on the lower part of the top and sleeves. But it is not padded. The upper back is completely sheer. I personally would wear a beige bra with this because it might be a bit see-through and I would also want the support.
