I'm almost exactly 14.5 pit to pit but that's just above the bust Not Over My bust. I guess I don't know enough about taking measurements to do it properly. Tips?

@porcelaindoll33 hello, thanks for checking out my closet, the top part of this dress does allow for a bit of stretch due to the smocking in the back. I think a measurement over bust would help to determine fit. The wait area is about 12”. Let me know if you would like me to take any other measurements of the dress.
