American Eagle Outfitters, Hi-Low Skirt

Two trends in one: hi-low and neon! It should fit as a waist skirt, making it trendy all the way around, but it's too big for me. This is my daughter's skirt and she hasn't worn more than a handful of times. It's in great condition. Please note, the dark spot in the pics is a shadow from the window. Also, pics are not filtered!
