This is an American Eagle Outfitters top. It is a size small. It is a cute and flowy top. The neckline has a small v neck and a tie with tassels at each end. The base color is an off white. The main part of the shirt has small flowers made of black, blue, and red. The sleeves are very wide and flowy and about 3/4 length. The front of the shirt is a touch shorter than the back.
