New without tags! Never worn since I have wide feet (they fit the width but are too long). Not from Payless but actually American Eagle. Wedge heel is about 3". Brown and pink plaid twist. Folded over due to being in storage--will fill out when you put them on! Brown ankle strap with 5 holes to fit.

ohheyitsjennn @snoopswa I can but they look really funny on my feet! I've always had really wide feet, so I bought these a while back thinking my feet would grow longer to fill them out but they never did :( I can ask a friend to try them on and take a picture this week and post it! They seem like they would be comfy since the top isn't plastic/hard like others are!

ohheyitsjennn @snoopswa added it!! Sorry they look so funny on me! I'm usually an 8W (or a double wide if the store has them) so they even hang off to the side! The ankle strap fits though and isn't on the shortest one either.
