American Eagle Outfitters Slit Arm Bell Sleeves Tie Dress-Size Small/Petite-Boho

This is an American Eagle Outfitters Long Bell Sleeve Dress that is a size Small. It is 95% Viscose and 5% Elastane. The sleeves have slits at the top of the arms and ties around the elbow and then the bell. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16.5" and the length is 34". It is in good condition. A very boho, hippie style dress. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement. This is for both our benefits so there will be no hassle of returns for not fitting. Thank you in advance.
