American Eagle Outfitters Smocked Top

This semi sheer top was made in India. It’s a gorgeous lavender floral print with an entirely smocked bodice that flares below. It has the most wonderful sleeves, huge and ruffled and belled. It’s so feminine and flattering. It’s a generous size small that I believe will also fit a medium because it measures 18” ptp and with all that smocking has plenty of stretch. Beautiful.
