Brand new with tags American Eagle dress size M in maroon with white polka dots and a fun strappy halter-type back. Lightweight and flowy. Approx 1-in of hem stitching is loose but does not hang below dress (please see pic). It just needs to be stitched a little to prevent threading from coming out.
