American Eagle Outfitters bright floral dress

Very cute halter style dress from American Eagle Outfitters. Bright floral style with turquoise, lime, blue, coral, and gray flowers! Super cute on! Size 2 but a 4 could possibly wear since it isn't very form fitting and has a stretchy back. Also has pockets!! Worn once.
