American Eagle Outfitters size small romper

American Eagle Outfitters bell sleeve low cut summer romper, good condition. I am not exactly sure how to describe the size of this romper... the tag says XS/TP, but it is clearly not extra small! I wear a medium, and I can put it on! It's a little snug on me, so I would say it is a women's small. I don't know about the 'tall petite' reference, so I will add measurements to this post and you can decide for yourself. It has adorable bell sleeves with a bit of lace just up the arm. The color is maroon on a navy blue background, in a tiny floral pattern. This romper is quite low cut... I would wear it with a t-shirt or tank top underneath, or over a swimsuit!
