Strapless, Party, Cocktail, dress, short. There are some fine, thread, belt loops, but, no belt. Sweet, fully lined, strapless party dress. Made of polyester with a metallic thread, for sparkle. Gray background with a tulip imprint in blues and burgundy. Side zip closure with a silicone bead around the top of the dress to prevent slipping. 25" long from beneath the armpit ot the hem. Approximately 17" across the bust, laying flat.
