Perfect for formal, semi formal or with a pair of cute Dr Marten Boots or Chucks! 😆 Size 4 Measurements: Longest length 23” Shortest length 16” Waist is 28” (14” when laid flat There is a super tiny blemish near the zipper - almost unnoticeable (except by me 😊) You honestly can’t tell it’s there at all but I have attached photos for you to judge for yourself.
