abbylop7676 @noondaydreamer What are the waist and length measurements of this skirt? Does this skirt stretch? Do you believe this skirt can fit a 28 inch waist? Thank you.

noondaydreamer @abbylop7676 Hi! The waist is 15.5", and the length is 19". The material has a slight give, but isn't really stretchy. I have a 31" waist, and the skirt is just a bit snug but wearable on me, so I think that it would easily fit a 28" waist. Hope this helps!
