Hi I’m sorry to bother you Im the lady that you bought the Columbia T-shirt from I got a message on my feed it says you cancelled and for me not to ship but I shipped that out like either the 10th or 11th Just wondered if this is a glitch that it’s telling me that, or did it not come to you, and if not where is it? I’m really in the dark here thanks

@erikkagirl hi! Poshmark informed me that the shirt was never sent out and that it was going to get canceled because it was past the eight day mark. It never had a ups tracking number nor that it was scanned in. So now I’m just as confused! If I receive the
Package I can email poshmark or send a check via mail. I am unsure what’s going on. Possible glitch with the system.

@mermer1999 I’m really sorry about this I have no idea and I swear I did mail it out I don’t know what the post office problem is I’m going to call them tomorrow and see what’s going on though I don’t know how they would even know because I mail out lots of boxes but nothings come back to me plus lately I get messages from Poshmark your item has not Started tracking yet

Please when I had already shipped it days earlier and in some cases the customer already had it! So I don’t know what’s going on I’m really sorry nothings come back to me I will write to Poshmark and see what they say but you know how they are takes like two days to hear back from them if it comes back to me I can relist it and resend it if you like if it doesn’t come back to me or to you I don’t know what to do. 🙀frustrating

@erikkagirl I totally believe you!! I’ve had issues before like this! It just said it was not mailed out for eight days and to cancel so I did! Iet me know when you call tomorrow. I can send check or v e n m o if I have to.

@mermer1999 I’ll let you know what happens we’re not allowed on Poshmark to go off the app like to send checks or anything we have to go through them on everything but I’m hoping maybe the post office I don’t know I just like give them your name my name I don’t know what else I can do and I know it was on the 11th because it says that you bought it on the 10th and I can’t even see your conversation because I had just changed the listing because of that mixup with the 3X5X

But I know I sent it the next day or even that same day depending on what time it was because I always do that unless it’s a weekend or less I can’t find the item in my death pile but I knew exactly where those shirts were and I mailed it right out

@mermer1999 I finally got through at the post office and I don’t know the guy sounded kind of like a doofus but he acted like it was no big deal I said that that was mailed out on the 10th or the 11th I gave them the tracking number and he’s like oh that’s going to California it’ll take a few more days like it was normal for it to take this long and I said this is ridiculous

Why are people paying for priority mail for 2 to 3 days when it’s taking like 12 or more days and you know that? He said we are short on manpower right now and I asked why, did they quit? He said I can’t get into that right now. Whole thing sounds ridiculous and If the post office is so slow now wouldn’t Poshmark know this and take it into account I haven’t had this happen with any of my other packages so let’s hope that it still comes to you soon sorry about all this rigmarole

@mermer1999 That’s insane it’s been like a really long time I just checked my emails and posh said they use their insurance system to pay both of us and they said oh we have a highly accurate system but it shows no record of your package so now I feel like maybe they think I didn’t mail it out it’s very frustrating I still think it’s sitting in a bin somewhere

Yes I sold a Reebok top and I remember putting those two packages next to the mailbox that day and I looked it up and I saw the Reebok top on the ninth which was Sunday and u bought yours on 10th it doesnt make sense but if you don’t mind will you let me know if you get it cause I still think you will one of us will i’m sorry again that this happen

@mermer1999 Hi it finally came back to me yesterday! It’s all beat up and the label appears to that it got soaked and disintegrated so I don’t even know how they got it back to me doesn’t make sense so if you still want it let me know and I’ll deal with Poshmark if you don’t want it that’s cool too and I’m really sorry for all the trouble!
