Adorable coat! You can dress it up or down. 100% cotton. Has only been worn once, but there are a few discolored spots on the very bottom(as seen in picture, not noticeable when wearing the coat). Also some discoloration on the inside of belt buckle( again not noticeable unless you flip belt buckle inside out). Can be worn with or without the belt.
