This is my absolute favorite dress ever. It is just a bit tight in the chest for me now (38C) but is really forgiving as far as size. It is so vibrant in person, and the skirt is full and billows beautifully. The straps are elastic so easy to adjust up and down in the back and front. Has pockets! It is definitely is a great free people dupe, but really high quality. Has slip built in.
